Terrible Company! Stay away from this company if you can! They have the worst customer service. They flat out Refuse to tell you when the Techs are coming, if you are a Tennant. They act like, you are asking for some Top Secret Information. They want you to wait around for them from 9am-5pm.
They where supposed to show up on a Tuesday to treat the place for bed bugs. I got my landlord to call them to find out when they where going to show up. Then decieded then, that it was a good time to tell him, that they can't make it and that the treatment has been rebooked to Thursday...No phone calls, emails or anything to the landlord to let him know, to pass the info on to me.
Had I booked a hotel in advance, it would of been for nothing and cost me money I didn't need to spend. The CSR reps are quite rude most of them, and they like to not only talk on top of you, but they give you contradicting information, depending on who you call.
If you are looking for a pest control company, this isn't one you want to hire. STAY AWAY!
