There a two kinds of car dealers: the slimy ones, and the friendly ones. While in the end both have the same purpose - sell you a car, I find the slimy ones just impossible to deal with. After a not so pleasant experience with the slimy type at another dealership in town, I ended up at the Worden-Martin Subaru, which, as I was happy to discover, is run by the friendly kind! I had a great experience there. I went with the idea of possibly purchasing an Outback, and Kelly, the manager, was very helpful. He was in no way overbearing or pushy (which is the best way to get me to leave a dealership and never come back), but still did a great job at explaining why I should buy one of his cars. Sure enough, I was back two days later, and I am now the proud owner of a brand new Subaru... Seriously, I was impressed by the quality of the service they offered. They obviously seem to care about customer satisfaction (rather than just increasing their sale volume), and the difference is noticeable. I'll probably go back for service, and hopefully I'll be equally satisfied.
