Wow I am totally impressed with this place. I've ordered from them twice now; my most recent order was for a lunch order for 15 people. I was able to stretch the meal to feed 30 by cutting the chicken portions in half and with the addition of the appetizers I prepared. I got the Chicken parm. lunch with the pasta, salad and bread sticks. I could not believe how moist and tasty the chicken parm. was, even when I reheated it the next day. My only suggestion would be to request a side of marinara sauce for the pasta; it was a little on the dry side and needed more sauce. I had some of my own on hand so it worked out but just a little tip for you.
All my friends raved about how good the chicken was and everyone enjoyed the early dinner I served. I highly recommend this place for your catering; you won't regret it.
Even in the busy holiday season they were able to squeeze in my order with 3 days notice too; I knew it would be a push for them but they made it happen. Great job!
