I am going to echo what others have said: "Customer service is not a word this place knows." I, too, "am all about supporting the small business, especially those in my neighborhood, but I will not support this one." Unpleasant AND Overpriced. Today, I had a 23 page fax that the UPS Store in Village Center, Summerlin, quoted $37.00 to send (and extra to use my own cover sheet)! I called PostNet on Sahara and the Manager, Aru Param, cut that price in half! Well worth driving a few blocks more! As a bonus, Aru at PostNet was very customer friendly and service oriented. Nevermore for this UPS Store.
