I am not very computer savvy and don't even use my computer very often, as you can tell from the intervals between posts. I had originally tried to post this review shortly after the incident occurred in summer of 2013. I apparently didn't do something right because yelp never actually posted it, and I never checked back. In March of 2015 I was posting a review for a different company and did hit all the right buttons this time. Bingo, both reviews posted. I spoke to Chad or Charles or someone from the company shortly after the review posted. I was told that they had made some personnel changes. They apologized and offered to take a look at my HVAC and offer recommendations for free. The original was NOT a phony post. None of my posts or reviews are phony. I am a legitimate, non-affiliated with any company, retired private consumer. My apologies for any confusion this has caused.
