I've been using this place for dry-cleaning for my suits, shirts, and pants; in addition to dry-cleaning, I've also had many of my alterations done here. I've probably had alterations done on at least 10 of my suit jackets; I've had many waist alterations done on pants here as well. In all instances their level of customer service has exceeded my expectations. Their staff is very professional, and I have never had any issues with any of the alterations I've had them do on my suits. Any item I've ever dropped off here has always been ready for pick-up by the time specified on the receipt.
The only reason this review gets a one-star discount is because their tailor leaves at 2pm on weekdays making it somewhat inconvenient for that specific purpose on the occasion that I need to have that particular service. I have actually been told on one occasion to bring my item back the next day before 2pm. This can cause an inconvenience depending on your schedule. For me it was inconvenient.
Overall, you can definitely count on this place to take care of your items while they're in their possession, and also have it ready for pick-up on time. I plan on using this place for their services many more times in the future.
