Ehh the whole point of paying to get something delivered is to actually get it to your door. That's not the case with Purolator! 1) They try only one time to deliver 2) They don't call even if you're 5 minutes away from home by the time they arrive 3) Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. The woman on the phone couldn't hear what I was saying, tried to end the conversation without answering anything. 4) The only facility they have is at the other end of the city. Why am I paying for delivery if I have to go that far? I might just as well save the money and go to the freaking store. On top of that the notice I get is "TORONTO (DWNTWN/CTR VILLE),ON" without any address or anything. Only after I googled it, I managed to find this page and share my experience with them. It's the last time I'm ever gonna use their services anyway.
