Cafe Castel used to be one of my favourites. It is definitely a place to try for all coffee/latte lovers. They really know how to make perfect lattes that are thick and creamy. The latte art is always the top quality. They really take it seriously. The atmosphere is very relaxed and has an old school Italian feel. It is a great place to work or study however they do not have a large selection of outlets for laptops and cellphones and do not have wifi. It is close to McGill and Concordia and it a hidden gem to avoid the student crowds during exam periods. The sandwiches are also tasty. The staff always gives the best service and will wait on you hand and foot.
