Do not come here to dye your hair!! After paying 450$ and spending 5 hours in the salon after 2 appointments, I left with what my hair originally looked like.
I came in for my appointment with Yasuka and showed her a picture of what I wanted. After staring at it for a few seconds she mixed up colours and quickly started painting my hair. After 3.5 hours the result was not what I wanted. The colour was very ashy and grey, when the picture I showed was warmer browns and blondes. Not to mention that the next day I saw that the colour was giving a green / teal tint! My colleagues and friends noticed it too!
I emailed to do a follow up appointment. When I came in for the appointment I explained that my hair was too grey, and we decided to give it a warmer tone. But in the end my hair was COMPLETELY BROWN! No highlights or dimension, it literally looked like I never even dyed my hair. Not to mention I was extremely rushed throughout this process, they didn't even put conditioner in my hair after dying it!
Save your money and go to another salon that actually listens to what you want!!
