Mountainside Apartments in Phoenix beware. If you move out be sure to have a walk thru as they will try to charge you with carpet replacement to upgrade their apartments. They do not even respond to you if you mail in evidence and have witnesses. I was just sent to collections on carpet replacement and utilities that their own staff told me I had paid all my in an email and they will still charge you for three more months of utilities as well. Unprofessional. Non responsive. This is a scam of a way to get their apartments upgraded.
