This hotel was somewhat disappointing.
Yes, the lobby is nice, and the rooms look pretty nice. that's about as good as it gets.
The walls are RIDICULOUSLY thin. Every night I got to fall asleep to the sweet sounds of my one neighbor coughing, and my other neighbor watching a porno. But that was only when the super loud AC unit was kicking on.
The elevators are pretty beat up as well. They shake and they're slow.
Room service? Forget about it. I didn't get back to the hotel until 9pm one night and just wanted a quick dinner. Well, they didn't answer the phone. I called 4 different times, and let the phone ring 15-20 times each time. No answer.
Other than the Rock & Roll HOF, there is nothing within close walking distance either.
I'm sure Cleveland has better places to stay.
