My stay was on business, and I'm glad. I know that company was paying, because for whatever reason, I didn't get a good night's sleep either night.
The layout is bizarre, it's a massive, circuitous walk to get to the rooms on the back side of the hotel. Also, don't let the floor numbers confuse you - if you're on the fourth floor of the hotel, it's actually the ninth story of the building, a lot longer walk than you might expect if you choose to go that route.
If you're staying on the weekend, skip valet parking, self parking is only a few bucks in the lot connected to the front entrance of the hotel.
Location wise, it's great - close to the subway. The staff were friendly as well, but I have to admit I was shocked that there was a cake of dust on bathroom shelves, which makes me question the attention to detail in the overall cleaning of the room.
My colleagues had nothing whatsoever good to say about the hotel's attached restaurant, but I didn't go myself to offer an opinion.
Last point: It's 2013. Stop charging for wifi already.
