The cutest, and smallest roaster in Toronto won me over with their 52 sq.ft. of well utilized space. Josh, owner and barista, is super friendly and helpful with my coffee selection. I was offered sparkling water served in a chilled beaker, as in the beaker from your high school science lab, while I waited for my coffee. What a cool and nice gesture. Coffee beans of the day are kept in test tubes, yes, those test tubes. Josh offer me two types of beans to select from for my latte. I opted for the nutty, chocolate-ty beans from Brazil. While Josh made my coffee, I made my way to the end of the bar to find big, black column with a witty quote of the day on it. Love it. It was a very cool place, and I'm glad I made my way to this little coffee lab. Enjoy!
