Went on Sunday, we have been before but it seems to have gone down hill re customer care. Most of the customers in the café are older, staff un interested and un helpful, they gave us a voucher for a free cup of tea on our next visit but wont be going back. The till service in the shop was even worse! a staff member who was on the till refused to serve customers in the que. We gave up and went to Eatfield garden centre in Brid who are always a pleasure to visit. Staff member in café carried our tray to table and staff on till could not have been better, perhaps they could advise on staff training at Irton!!!
