This business deserves a 5star rating for WORST BUSINESS EVER
Goodmorning Ondranique ... I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the unprofessional manner in which yesterday turned out...from the moment I walked in your door... the schedule had changed with out my knowledge .. then we agreed that you would honor Groupon prices as verified by Baron when scheduling, you tried to "up sale" me to additional volume of products that I clearly didn't need because there was a FULL syringe of restylene leftover "for future use", as well as leftover dysport in which the RN used up in places that she previously said I didn't need! The problem area in which I came in for are lines around my my mouth which were NOT affected at all by your treatment, instead it made my naturally high cheekbones look like Disney's Malificent(I was told by you and your RN that my mouth lines would have nice results from this treatment)..I was told several times before making the appt by YOUR customer service department that it would be $264 for restylene (which one full syringe was used, not two) and $103 for xiomin which you said was an inferior product and went with dysport, 40 units would have been roughly $119 and half of it was really used! My calculations have the total as being $383 at the most...not the ridiculous amount of $909 that YOU RUSHED me to pay before treatment without giving me a breakdown of charges...you should know I have already contacted my credit card company and they are ready to dispute ALL charges from your office. Please contact me ASAP with an adjusted amount refunded to my credit card and a time frame in which it will be applied. I WILL NOT be taking advantage of or pay for services in which I was CLEARLY over charged for. I am a strong believer in user reviews and will not hesitate to post many on your behalf, good or bad.
