If you're into convenient hotels with great service and amenities ... don't stay here.
While the room was nice and clean, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. After being offered valet parking, accepting, and getting ready to pay for it, the woman finally then told me they no longer had any parking available. When I tried to figure out if they had other options, the staff was standoffish and completely unhelpful. Also, the "free wi-fi" is pretty much useless - had to walk about five minute to the closest cafe for a decent signal.
Overall, I'd much rather stay at a Marriot where I know I'd get proper service and a comfortable room.
