This has been the summer from hell as far as heat-pumps. First the unit for our bedroom failed a few nights ago, this was new 2 years ago and just not working, Anthony was out the next day to diagnose the problem and found a broken reversing valve that had destroyed the compressor. They needed to order parts, since the unit was so new, and were out 3 days later to install. Phil K. arrived on time and got right to work, cold air again in a few hours.
Skip ahead three days and we have a burning insulation smell in the house, we noticed the inside fan on the other heat-pump was not running and called Precision again. They had a tech out the same day, Aaron A. replaced the fan motor in a little over 1 hour.
Everyone at Precision was helpful and gave us excellent service throughout.
