Nickel and dime you to death! If I could give a negative rating, I would. The maintenance staff will fix the problems, not always on the first try, but they come usually the next day.
The apartments are dark and depressing. The noise from the upstairs apartments are horrible and if you ask the mgmt to say something to the responsible parties, they do not.
The manager, Lisa, has horrible customer service habits and blames everything on policy. She apparently uses the excuse she will lose her job if she makes a decision on her own. Why become a manager, Lisa, if you can't handle making decisions?!
The garage was filthy when I moved in and the vents were damaged and never fixed.
No way I will ever recommend or live in another ovation property again!
