I tried this place out on the way to a wedding in Scottsdale. I got a regular pedicure and French manicure. First the pedicure was done and looked great. The same person that did my pedicure moved me over to a nail station. She started on my nails and was not paying attention she used alcohol instead of acetone and didn't know why the polish wasn't coming off until she asked a co worker. During the manicure I asked her to make the white a little thinner. I'm not sure what happened but after I asked her to do that a different technician took over. The whole manicure felt rushed and it was still an hour before their posted closing time. When it came time to pay they charged me for a regular manicure but never gave a hand massage like their pricing stated. So technically they did the express manicure on me which is $3 cheaper than the regular. The next day I woke up and looked at my nails and the polish was cracked. Not extremely noticeable but still not even 12 hours and the polish was cracked?!? I would not go back to this location.
