I signed up for the monthly massage with this location based on one massage I had. The massage therapists have all been wonderful and professional and I've enjoyed the massages. The receptionists are awful to deal with, however. I have called to make appointments and they will actually tell me to call back at another time. Understandable if they are busy right? I've also tried to make appointments while there and have been told they are too busy to make appointments, while there is literally no one else in the receptionist area besides me. The receptionists are rude to customers but beyond that, I've heard them talk negatively about the company, their bosses, and the massage therapists while I was waiting to go back for a massage. No professionalism and that is why I canceled my monthly massage. Oh, also, check out the law suit against the company because of their unlawful cancellation policies before you sign up - the receptionist staff alone is reason enough not to do it.
