Purchased Direct tv through direct communications. Was promised a gift card. Never got a gift card but I do have a lot of texts from the person that sold it to me stating he is sending the gift card I also have a call voicemail from Cameron on my phone and one from a Zach stating the gift card is being mailed. all this was on nov 14th nothing in the mail to me. I called and spoke to Ben the manager at the mesa office he pulled up my account and then told me that I cancelled and ordered directly though direct tv.. I said that is a lie, he told me I was lying and he can prove it well . I contacted the installers as well as direct tv and was told yes indeed I did order it via direct communications .. So all I can offer people is stay away from this company go directly.. After contacting the cydcor that direct communications is in a round about way they are going to send me what was promised.. STAY AWAY FROM DIRECET COMMUNICATIONS MESA
