I had a leak from an upstairs shower that seeped down to the first floor ceiling and possibly down the first floor wall. I called Lawson Family Plumbing based on what seemed like legit Yelp reviews. They answered the phone right away. No message with, "We'll call you back when we have time." Then they scheduled someone for later that day! Daryl came and what a nice man. Down to business but just really genuine and no b.s. Luckily he was there before the restoration company the insurance company sent out left. Daryl took about 5 ten minutes to inspect the shower, took a hard look. He then acquiesced to my request he huddle with the restoration guys and he said, "I don't think this is a plumbing problem. I think the water is getting through the cracks of the tile joints." That was exactly the opinion of the other company. I was so grateful he didn't just try to make money and ask for permission to start removing tiles, etc. not only was he honest, but he and Lawson Family Plumbing did not even charge a fee!!!! EVERYBODY charges an outlandish service fee even if they don't do anything! Do yourself a favor. USE THESE GUYS!
