I was excited to try a new salon and decided to use a Groupon for partial hi-highlights and a cut. The gal at the front desk messed up when I scheduled my appointment, so when I arrived at the salon, I had to wait 25 minutes, so she could assign a new stylist. No one seemed to care that I had to wait so long, as if I had nothing better to do. Long story short, SALON R advertises a $37 Groupon for partial hi-lights and a cut. The reality is they tack on an extra $4 and the price does NOT include toner. Toner is an extra $25...who does color with no toner????? If you want your hair styled, plan on another $25...
This place is a joke and a rip off!!
The arrogant and rude stylist who did my hair was Niza Lideo....he only cared about how many extra services he could sell me and made it quite clear he is used to charging far more money than the groupon I had planned to use. By the way, my highlights came out way too light with no dimension whatsoever. The amateur haircut was also just as disappointing.
