I had a terrible experience ordering my mattress. First everything seemed to be okay but they sent the wrong bed- So a week goes by before they say that they now have everything all ready to send out to us. But the trucks are full for the weekend. Basically I was promised my bed within a few days and it's now almost been three weeks. I wouldn't shop with them again. Except that there was good value for the mattress we bought. (oh and hidden extra prices kept getting on , the frame mysteriously jumped 20 dollar in price, etc)
