I've been to this store few times over the years as a sprint customer and each time swore I would never return... I'd give this place a negative 1,000 if I could customer service is Terrible . If you get a bad vibe walk out sprint needs to secret shop there stores and demand higher customer service , Especially this one . I called another Sprint store to report my experience and I was told someone would get back to No one ever did .
