I'm not going to write an over emotional novel, because it's very important that anyone reads this understands how crucial it is NOT to go to HonorHealth on Osborn. Long story short- I came in thinking I had appendicitis. Turns out I did not have it. Doctor said, "your CT scan came up negative, go to your primary care physician to see what is going on." THE PROBLEM: My Doctor. My face time with Dr. Samaddar was a total of 5 minutes. He told me he didn't know what was wrong with me and didn't even try to figure it out. In February, my insurance told me the cost of his "services" totaled out to $1,710, of which they would pay for roughly $1,400 of it. Well I got Dr. Samaddar's bill in May, and it was for the full cost of $1,710! He took my insurance coverage, and then figured he would double dip and charge me the full amount again. THAT is my problem with this whole ordeal. This is a level of fraud I can't even comprehend. And they say doctors are here to help us. Dr. Samaddar, you can count on me to make sure the AZ Med Board hears about this.
