I used to be a frequent customer here for a few years, however, after enough bad experiences I found another nail salon to frequent. When I first started going here I went for the great $20 shellac polish deal. It's hard to beat the price but be warned it is only cash or check. They are super packed and busy all the time so they insist on you making appointments. However, even if you make an appointment be prepared to wait and I used to wait a long time (30-45 minutes at times). This to me was bad customer service. Don't have people make appointments if you can't stick to them.
The last straw for me was when I made an appointment and went in for it and the manager told me they were closed (even though people were still sitting around) and they couldn't help me. Their closing time always seemed to fluctuate and I could make a 7:00 or 7:30 appointment and it was okay as long as I called before. This time however, they refused to help me. I was going on a trip the next day and was in need of my appointment and they refused to help. Where I will say they are good is that they do have a bar with wine and mixed drinks so that is nice and they fix your nails for free if they chip before 2 weeks. However, I needed to switch to a place that was more courteous and respectful of their customers time.
