This is the absolute worst car rental place I've ever encountered. Not only did I and everyone else who was unfortunate enough to be there at the same time wait over an hour from walking in the door to driving away, both of the men working behind the counter were rude, apathetic, and lazy. I imagine it gets tiring having to explain away or avoid questions about their hidden fees. And only one other employee bringing cleaned cars around to the front. Though quoted ~$290 by Expedia, I paid $369 on the day I dropped off the car -- I was essentially forced to pay multiple different daily fees. And then today, 3 months later, I get ANOTHER bill added to my bill for $94. As someone else reports in their review, this was from a $50 administration fee and other camera and toll charges from Highway 407. At no time was I informed of these charges. And to be honest, I am not surprised. Horrible customer service; long wait times; hidden fees around every corner. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
