Very dissatisfied!! As a long time patient I feel the amount of hassle they put me through with my most recent experience (and a couple others in the past) has lead me to HAVE to find a new PCP. I really only continued to go because of the PA I was able to see, despite the hassle his MA would give me concerning refills on medications. EVERYTIME!! But with him no longer being there, the office staff's rude inability to take care of patients has left me no choice!
I am extremely dissatisfied with her lack of professionalism, and her overall lack of concern for getting patients what they need.
I have been a patient for approximately two years, the first year I put up with their horrible phone system-which I'm not sure is fixed, I just don't go as often. And now this! It's the same medicine, there are NO changes but you are requiring labs?! And you don't even know what labs you want? Ridiculous!
It's okay-I don't mind telling you how to do your job!! However, this was your last chance to get it right, and you failed....MISERABLY!
