My rating is based on the instructors mostly.
Location - pretty conveniently located at Baseline and Power for me so that works, however appearances and entrance are a different ball game. The entrance is in the BACK of the building so be ready to go around. The back door (or main entrance you would see from the street) is normally always locked because people are in the class. The classroom itself is not the best, as it's ceiling tiles are warping and the carpet is super thin..and it seems to carry this sweaty smell all the time. But honestly I figure that a hot room anywhere would be like this. The bathroom is very nice but the hallway between the back entrance and the classroom is very thin so you are normally touching other people by shoulders or something.
So I signed up for the three month deal, and I've gone and seen three different instructors there. All three of them are knowledgeable but my favorite is Michelle. I got to see Julie first, very nice and soft spoken and helped when it was first class and a little uncomfortable in my positions. Michelle was a lot more upbeat talked a lot about the benefits of the positions and corrected all of us or showed us better ways for a certain position. Michael was ok but he was pretty much sitting down the majority of the class, but seemed knowledgeable of positions and discussed what the benefits of them are.
Gone for over a week and I think it is great for what it is - and the cheapest in the VALLEY! Bikram does a bunch of deals on Groupon I've noticed as well, but their unlimited plan for a month is $79 (compared to Sumits at $139 is reasonable to me)
Plan on attending on a regular - Thanks
