Spoiler: Find another company.
Long version: First sent a quote request over a week ago via their website. I waited two days with no call. I then called the company on Wednesday, scheduled an appointment for a quote on Friday. Thursday they called to say they would give me a heads up 30 min prior to arriving.
After about an hour past appointment time on Friday, had not heard from them so i decided to give them a call. They gave me some odd excuse about their sales guy being AWOL and they would need to reschedule to Monday. I said thats fine.
Monday came and went, no call, i called them and left a voicemail to call me. Tuesday is today, I called, decided not to leave message and I am now finding a different company.
Now reading other reviews it seems this is a constant problem. This is my one and only review of them but by reading the rest you would think I was spamming them. I rarely take the time to post a review to begin with...
