After GREAT checkup results today (my otherwise healthy dog mysteriously went blind in April - I won't share my theory about causation as it can't be "proven"), I wanted to share some well deserved feedback about his treating physician Dr. Felchle and our favorite technician Tina whom we have been seeing regularly for 8 months. The first appointment was devastating as you can imagine - my dog was confirmed blind in both eyes (almost overnight), retinas detached. Various steroid treatments (shots/eye drops/daily pills) thankfully have restored his vision - no words can describe my relief as my dog is "my baby..." Throughout this process - Dr. Felchle and Tina demonstrated nothing short of excellence in terms of their professionalism, knowledge, empathy/compassion, and patience while taking the time to respond to my endless questions along the way. I would not hesitate to refer family/friends (or a perfect stranger) to both Dr. Felchle and Tina; in the unfortunate event their pet needs eye care. The office itself is indeed clean/pleasant and I never encountered long wait times for a scheduled appointment. The overall cost is significant (however I don't have anything to compare it to); but in my opinion - having this quality of care for my pup is the priority.
