My neighbor an elderly person hired these people to manage selling the contents of their home. I went to the sale when I saw the sign. Estate sales are not allowed in our small patio home community due to the parking situation. When I mentioned this to Kathy herself she lied and said she had permission from the HOA. I later found out she never asked for permission. There was constant problems for two days with people parking in front of driveways and our small streets are dead ends so cars were backed up all the way outside the community trying to get in and out. No one leaving the sale were carrying any purchases because everything was marked very high so it didn't sell. For example, a set of screwdrivers brand new in the package store label still intact said $1.99, Kathy's price $10.00, WHAT?. After the sale I saw Kathy's people removing all the contents of the sale into moving trucks to haul away. So I am guessing Kathy kept the contents that didn't sell and the homeowner pretty much just got nothing. Don't waste you time on Kathy.
