What is happening with service in Las Vegas? Rarely greeted upon arrival and entry into the property and when I explained my room keys were not working and had the remade twice, there was no apology whatsoever. Nine Steakhouse was great as usual but maybe wait awhile to come back as service was sub par. Been to the property dozens of times and hope this was only a glitch.
