SO AWESOME. I worked mostly with Jeff, but everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable and professional. I had a bike that needed to be packed for shipping and sent to New Orleans. It arrived beautifully with each piece wrapped and packaged with great care, parts labelled thoroughly so it was a breeze to get the bike back together again. All of this at a ridiculously reasonable price.
