Midas on Cheyenne and Durango is AMAZING!! My car died the other day and I was DREADING taking it to a shop. Being a not so savvy "car" chick, I always feel like I'm paying way too much and getting scammed at shops. NOT HERE! Alex was amazing. I called to get pricing and he have me an immediate quote, answered all my questions, and was very sweet. He even to me to call him back if I needed help with a tow.
When I came into the shop he was super helpful, showed me all the issues with my car (like took me out under the car!) an even called my dad to go over everything (so I didn't feel cheated). He then proceeded to apply coupons to save me a little money!!! They ended up having to keep my car overnight, so the new owner gave me a ride home and even offered to pick me up in the morning!
Needless to say, the guys here rock! They take the time to educate and show you what's going on which no other garage has ever done! I will always come back here and I will refer everyone!!! Thank you Alex and team!!
