I remember passing by this place when it first opened and thinking "where did that come from?". With all the recent development in NODA this has become commonplace. However, The Company Store appeared to have a healthy dose of that funky vibe that NODA is so well known for. So my wife and I decided to check it out on Saturday night to start our date night in the area. The place reminds me of common market and rhino market, but with a more homey and laid back feel. We grabbed draft beers at the bar, but noted there are a ton of local food and drink options to choose from. In addition, there is a surprising amount of seating inside and outside the store. We ended sit on the front porch and enjoy our beverages as old Outkast played over the speakers. The Company Store certainly has a feel of its own and definitely is worth a visit. Grab a drink, a snack, and a swing out back and enjoy.
