Awesome service which is worth the extra price you pay for the vacuum. The Dyson stick stopped charging one day. I placed a call to the service toll free line not expecting much. They were extremely pleasant and helpful They had my product registered in no time and referred me to this service center. The service was prompt and courteous. They not only changed the battery, the charger and the motor but also serviced all the attachments, all in about 15 minutes. It was all done at no cost to me. I have not received such service both on line and in person in a long time.
