We started our meal with the dirty fries. Have to say the burnt ends in the dirty fries are some of the best we have had. From there we went on to have the spare ribs, brisket, and the burnt end baked beans. The flavor for all three items was outstanding. Neither meat item required any of the sauces supplied at the table. The atmosphere was great. One thing that should be mentioned is it looks like they might have a couple of different menus based on which day or time it is. Overall would definitely recommend this location.
