Horrible experience. When we arrived they told us there would be a short wait, after 30 minutes they told us that their waffle makers were broken, but since so many people were leaving that we should get seated quickly. 30 minutes later, when we went to ask what was going on, we were told that the managers weren't letting anyone be seated and that the earliest we can be seated is in an hour and 10 minutes... didn't even get to try the food but the customer service was less than impressive
