The place during a random weekend was pretty dead, but that didn't bother me at all. I had the whole place to myself and spent nearly 10 minutes deciding all the delicious toppings that will create my masterpiece. I'm a total fan of customizing and this is a huge plus in my books. The environment is inviting with plenty of seating to offer conversation and a relaxed atmosphere to hangout for bit. Crazy for a donut shop, but hey it's here.
All the donuts are all cake batter and my favorite, so that's the drawback if you're not into cake versus fluffy donuts. There are sample of the donuts laid on the counter top for viewing and it was really helpful to see all the toppings on the donuts.
When I was a young gal, there were these roll-away portable machines that pumped out mini donuts, thrown in a brown bag after coated with cinnamon and sugar. I swear it was the best donuts I've ever had. This place reminds me of that, except, my taste buds might be a little more different now.
There is vegan ice cream and a variety of other ice cream with some amazing coffee flavors. If donut is not your thing, maybe a cold treat will make you smile.

For me, I will definitely be back with friends because of the fun actor. With the ingredients, it's not bad, but it wasn't mind blowing either. I'm torn especially if it's $1 per donut with the special deals in the paper. I can't see myself paying full price.
