Ok i can honestly say i try my HARDEST not to support this gas station. It sounds dramatic but this place seriously need a upgrade on EVERYthing 1.) EVERY single time I've tried to use my debit card to put gas it NEVER works. This is definitely the most annoying thing because I've tried almost every pump with several different types of cards (debit, creditC, prepaid -all w/$$ !!) & none of them ever work. This is so irritating because i have a two yr old & a tree yr old which make its difficult to be hauling them out to make a Quick transaction (which Irritates them Also) Especially during the winter when its freezing at 29° or the summer when its roasting hot at 120°. Unnecessary things that my kids shouldn't have to deal with more than they already do. 2.) When i politely inquire about the on going "see cashier" message. The employees are extremely rude about it & Always have the same ignorant answer, "it should work" . Im always snapping at them about have correct customer service skills, because believe me they Need it. 3.) They charged my card twice! 45$ +45$. Its a good thing i have instant text trans for my card. If not i wouldn't have even know. The Old crack head women Who did it had NO remorse for her simple mistake. She shrugged me off & told me to come in the next morning, Came in the next morning to only hear how i should come in the next & the next & the next ..ect.. It took me almost 3 weeks to get the mess cleared up. Thank God the store owner has an education,. He was professional & handle it like a business man. NOTE: Hire customer orientated employees! Not ExCrack Heads who didn't graduate.
