I come here once in a while when I want something healthier and quick. One of the reasons I like it is because it's a small family owned business. I ordered a half turkey sandwich, bowl of soup and soda for a little over $11. Not the most inexpensive meal for what it is, but that's ok since the ingredients are fresh and normally the food is pretty good. However, I ordered a chicken noodle soup and it came out with literally with maybe 5 small noodles. It had definitely 90% broth and when I asked if I could get more noodles, they made me feel like it was a ridiculous request as I could overhear them in the kitchen. I think when I order a chicken noodle soup for a premium price, it should have noodles. The last thing I noticed is a sign by the napkins/flatware. It says they provide a quality napkin so please only take what you use so they can keep the same prices. Why not just serve the food to you with one napkin vs having that sign up? I have not seen that anywhere in a restaurant before. So I guess their goal is to save money on noodles, napkins and use of styrofoam cups.
