After 3 days of of checking on the advancement by the state to get my card and being stuck in the loop, the state finally got back to me and said that I need to resubmit because they got my name wrong. Turns out that there is only 1 place to put my name on the application and they got that wrong. I do feel bad for Dr. Ip that has this staff. Was also promised my $50 paid for this work. Will update.
