I have used Vegas Best Tree Service for several years and always been happy. My last experience with them was uncharacteristically disappointing. I had a very large tree removed on Dec 14, 2017 and our agreement was that they would return to grind the stump. Mikhail explained that they grind stumps only one day a week. I inquired a couple times about when they would do it. The answer was the same --they do it once a week and he just kept putting me off. I last texted him about it on January 18...he replied that he would "pick the day by my preference and let me know". I said next week after that or week after. He never replied again. And now....it's MAY 7. Ridiculous to treat a regular customer this way. A customer who tipped you. (So, who is Misha? Is Misha same or different than Mikhail?) There was to be no further charge for grinding the stump btw. I have waited 21 weeks for you to return.
