I would give 0 stars but unfortunately not an option. I called today (a Tuesday) at 4:30 for a delivery and the Store Manager refused to deliver stating it was out of the area; we live 4.7 miles from the store!!! I stated we would pay extra for out of range, he still refused!!! I then explained how they've delivered to us on several different occasions, he still refused!!! We have had terrible Customer Service before but this was the final straw...so if you're willing to deal with a business that does not care for their customers....well good luck.
