I have received three weeks of recipes so far and love the process, and most of all, the food! I am a picky eater and was hesitant to give Chef's Plate a try. After browsing the menu items for a few weeks and noticing the variety (including gluten free and vegetarian items), I decided to give it a try. Also as you are preparing the meals yourself, it is easy to make certain substitutions or leave out an ingredient (like heavy spices or sprinkling cheese). The meals come perfectly packaged ingredients with very easy to follow instructions. It is nice to get a small amount of an ingredient that fits perfectly into a recipe that I might not want to commit to purchasing an entire bottle on my own. As two busy professionals, even though there is still cooking involved, having pre-portioned ingredients and meal ideas ready to go Monday for the rest of the week is a huge stress reliever and time saver. We look forward to choosing weekly meals and coming home to try a new recipe. We have found the portions to be generous and filling. I have enjoyed every meal and find the ordering and delivery process simple and reliable. If you are in a recipe rut, want to learn some new cooking skills, and force yourself to eat more meals in - I suggest you give Chef's Plate a try!
