Have relied on AZ shuttle for years but now will try new shuttle service or drive. Disappointed they have stopped providing water. This is disgraceful and frankly stupid given the AZ heat. What are they saving? Five or Ten cents? So bring your own water, oh and be prepared for stops at Denny's in Phoenix to delay your journey to and from PHX. Fords they now use are noisier and less comfortable then Mercedes of the past. Drivers remain courteous and competent.
