When service people enter your home, there is a certain professionalism expected. Don't expect any professionalism with this company. The workers showed up two hours early, without prior notification. They lied and said Juan called to notify me. Not true. They asked me, the homeowner, for tools and paint. And then, without asking, they used my master bathroom (toilet, sink, soap). No, that's not acceptable. There is a guest bathroom for that. These workers obviously have not been trained on how to act in someone else's home.
