Where do I start. This place is for TOURISTS ONLY! The same ones that will pay $10 for a $1 water. Let them pay the outrageous fees. RED FLAG 1 Free Inspection? I think not. They literally lifted my hood up, asked what was wrong, checked to see if there was any freon and told me that it would cost me for a further inspection. What the hell. He wasted both my time and theirs. RED FLAG 2 Another thing, which I am sure they did not know I was sitting in the waiting room (which is a seperate room off to the side) I heard the workers (Gil, Tom etc.) discussing an issue about a customer who was upset (BUT very cordial) that they had screwed his car up multiple times and just wanted his car fixed. Well, their debate was whether they should charge him or not. One worker proceeded to comment, "We only screw over the good guys and he kinda knows what he's talking about" and another saying, "Well we did screw his car up three times"... RED FLAG 3 Beware of Uncle Tom (He literally looks like someones old, sweaty Uncle Tom who knows NOTHING about cars, but needs a little side work for the pay) The lady at the front desk had me fill some papers out and said Tom would be helping me after he set up the mechanics in the back to start my inspection. He literally, took a flashlight, checked some random areas and started jotting down prices to further inspect my vehicle. Scumbags!... *drops the mic*
